Message There were several people who also told me that my manifolds would fail in short time and they have currently lasted longer than many of the other aftermarket tubular designs. No cracking of my downpipes either, and the hybrid turbochargers I am using aren't choking the exhaust flow because they use OEM 5-speed turbine housings machined for a larger turbine wheel. I've tracked the car a number of times and I drive the car like it wants to be driven (i.e. with a lot of exercise of that long pedal on the right) and she runs beautifully and reliably regardless of how easy or hard I drive.

Let me put it as simple as I can:

If the cooling system on my car wasn't keeping up, I would not still be running it and beating on the car. The cooling system hasn't changed on my car since I put it together over a year ago, with the exception of going to a different type of electric fan and re-designing the electric water pump to use a different type of shaft seal. Other than that, it is identical and I dont have any issues with it.

The core I used for the custom double pass radiator has a volume larger than the Koyo or Howe radiators currently available for the Z32, and it fits notably better without any rubbing against the intake pipes - even with 2.5" diameter intake piping. This is due to the design of the end tanks I built for the core.

The setup works very well - dont know what else I can say. :)
